Terms and Conditions for Licencing of Digital Designs offered by APeekInMyPlanner

By purchasing and downloading any digital design from APeekInMyPlanner, the purchaser agrees to adhere to the terms specified below.

Licensing Options

APeekInMyPlanner offers three licensing options for digital designs:

• Personal/Small Business Licence: this licence is included with all designs and allows the purchaser to use the digital design for personal projects and limited commercial products (up to 500 uses).
• Commercial Licence: this licence allows the purchaser to use the digital design for physical commercial and print-on-demand products (up to 1,000 uses).
• Extended Commercial Licence: this licence allows the purchaser to use the digital design for physical commercial and print-on-demand products (up to 5,000 uses).

Obtaining a Commercial Licence

• To obtain a Commercial or Extended Commercial Licence, you must purchase the appropriate listing based on which licence you need.
• Licences can be found under the Licences Section of our shop.
• Upon completion of the purchase and payment, the purchaser’s receipt from Etsy will serve as confirmation of their Commercial or Extended Commercial Licence.

Scope of Commercial & Extended Commercial Licences

Commercial and Extended Commercial licences grant the purchaser the right to sell products featuring the design. This includes, but is not limited to, physical goods, merchandise, and any other physical products derived from or incorporating the design. Digital reselling of the design in any way is strictly prohibited.

Conditions for Commercial Use

To exercise the rights granted under the Commercial & Extended Commercial Licences, the user must adhere to the following conditions:

• the purchaser must acquire the correct licence from APeekInMyPlanner before selling ANY products featuring a purchased design.
• commercial use licences are not eligible for any coupon, discount, or promo code
• if you purchase a commercial licence using a discount, coupon, or promo code, it will be cancelled & refunded to you and you will be asked to purchase it again without the use of any discount, coupon, or promo code
• the commercial licence is non-transferable and applies only to the individual or entity who purchased the licence and only to the designated design.
• the purchaser must not claim ownership of the original design or redistribute the design files in any way.
• the purchaser must not modify the original design in any way.

By purchasing and downloading any digital design from APeekInMyPlanner, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Enforcement

APeekInMyPlanner reserves the right to enforce the terms of this policy through legal means, including but not limited to pursuing damages for copyright infringement. failure to comply with the terms outlined in this policy may result in the revocation of the purchaser’s licence and legal action.
